School Improvement Plan

Every school has a School Improvement Plan which is bespoke to them and the needs of the school at the time - this is an ever evolving document.  It means that schools are continually improving to be the best they can be for their children.  Below are our targets for this term's School Improvement Plan (click on the links for more information): 

• Curriculum implementation: Ensure that implementation of the curriculum is of a high standard across the school including challenge for most able and support for SEND.

• Ensuring inclusion maximises children’s capacity to access learning: Review and apply consistent behaviour policy and Why attendance matters.

• Parental Engagement: Increase parent engagement and voice.

• Establish new leadership structure: Ensure team feel confident under the new leadership and well being and motivation remains high.
